1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt through trusted courier partners.

Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Delivery Time

Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

Alexandria & Major Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days.

Other Governorates & Remote Areas: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer free shipping promotions during special campaigns or on selected orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

Please ensure the exact amount is available upon delivery.

If an order is refused upon delivery, shipping and return fees may apply.

5. Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to reach you, they may attempt redelivery.

After repeated failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.

To reschedule delivery, please contact our customer support team promptly.

6. Order Policy & Product Handling

To maintain hygiene standards and product safety:

All skincare and cosmetic products are sealed and quality-checked before shipping.

Orders should be checked upon delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy & Order Verification

To ensure smooth operations and prevent misuse:

We may confirm orders via phone or WhatsApp before shipping.

Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not completed.

Repeated order refusals may lead to COD restriction.

In some cases, prepaid orders may be required.

Suspicious or incomplete orders may be cancelled without notice.

8. Free Shipping Offers & Returns

If your order was delivered under a free shipping promotion and you request a return:

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

The customer must also cover the original shipping cost of the order.

This amount will be deducted from the refund.
